Meg Gentle
Executive Director of the Board, HIF Global
Meg Gentle is an Executive Director of the Board of HIF Global, where she is developing multi-billion-dollar projects that will capture, reuse, and recycle CO2 to produce advanced, cleaner fuels that can be used by existing cars, trucks, ships, airplanes without any modification to their engines. Meg has served in senior management positions of publicly traded companies, including President and CEO of Tellurian Inc., CFO of Cheniere Energy Inc., and Manager of Strategic Planning for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Ovintiv, a leading North American oil and natural gas producer, and HIF Global, an innovative new energy company. Meg serves on the Boards of Directors of several think tanks and non-profits, including the Atlantic Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Casa de Esperanza – the “House of Hope” for children in crisis in Houston. She has a B.A. in international affairs and economics from James Madison University and an MBA from Rice University.
