Stas Murzynowski

Stas Murzynowski leads Energy Aspects’ transformation and inorganic growth agenda, with a particular focus on M&A, scaling strategy, and operational effectiveness. Since joining the firm, he has led and supported multiple strategic acquisitions, strengthening EA’s global footprint and enhancing its product capabilities. Stas also plays a key role in evolving senior leadership structures and governance, helping shape the company’s long-term trajectory through performance-driven transformation and pragmatic execution. 

With more than 30 years of cross-sector experience, Stas brings deep expertise from senior roles at Tullow Oil, Deutsche Bank, and the successful sale of his own healthcare business. A mechanical engineer by training, he applies a structured and analytical mindset to breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps. Known for his calm integrity and ability to cut through complexity, he acts as a trusted advisor across the business, mentoring leadership, integrating teams, and helping navigate the challenges of rapid growth. His work reflects a belief in clarity, professionalism and collective ambition, all of which underpin his role in building the next chapter of Energy Aspects’ journey.
