Kiran Dhami

Kiran Dhami serves as the Director of People at Energy Aspects, where she oversees the global HR function with a focus on creating and fostering a high-performing and engaged work environment. With over 20 years of extensive HR experience, Kiran is recognised for her people insight and leadership capabilities. Her expertise encompasses strategic, operational, and commercial HR initiatives, all aimed at aligning HR practices with business objectives. Since joining Energy Aspects in 2020, Kiran has played a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth by aligning the company's business strategy with a comprehensive people plan. She has successfully led the implementation of HR initiatives across the company's global offices in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Before her tenure at Energy Aspects, Kiran was the Head of Talent and Culture for EMEA and APAC at Exiger LLC, where she managed HR strategies across diverse regions and facilitated key acquisitions that were crucial to the company's global expansion. Her career also includes significant positions at Barclays, the Department for Work and Pensions, and Burger King, where she consistently drove cultural transformations and achieved exceptional results in dynamic and diverse environments.

Kiran holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), and possesses additional qualifications in Counselling and Psychometric Testing. She is a member of several professional organisations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, the British Psychological Society, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
