AI Services - Terms of Use
These terms of use govern your access to and use of Energy Aspects Ltd’s artificial intelligence services (“AI Services”), which includes the ‘Dimi’ chatbot interface accessible on the client portal (“Dimi”). “EA” refers to Energy Aspects Ltd and its subsidiaries from time to time (together “Energy Aspects”, “we” or “us”). The term “you” refers to the user of the AI Services.
By accessing or using the AI Services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (“terms”) which, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and (if applicable) your Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and Order Form(s), govern the relationship between you and EA regarding the AI Services.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the AI Services.
Artificial Intelligence Technology
The AI Services are powered by artificial intelligence technology, designed to assist users by providing information and responses based on EA’s collective proprietary data, information and publications. The responses generated by the AI Services are the result of complex algorithms and may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, biases, inconsistencies or outdated information.
The AI Services leverage an extensive array of source materials, which includes historical data, information and publications. While the AI Services strive to provide accurate and relevant information, some of the data and insights offered by the AI Services may be based on historical records which are outdated or no longer accurate.
While the AI Services aim to deliver helpful and informative content, you should exercise caution and not rely solely on the AI Services or the content they produce. We encourage you to independently verify all content generated by the AI Services.
Intellectual property
EA is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the AI Services and the information, content and material produced by the AI Services. Reproduction, transmission, distribution or commercialisation of any material produced by the AI Services is prohibited other than in accordance with the terms of your MSA, or EA’s prior written consent.
Liability
EA does not provide any representation, warranty or guarantee, whether express or implied, as to the operation, accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the AI Services, or any of the information, content or materials produced by the AI Services. EA shall not be liable for any loss or damage (in contract, tort or otherwise) resulting from any actions taken in reliance on the AI Services or the information, content or materials produced by the AI Services.
Any breach of these terms, unlicenced access or unauthorised use of the AI Services may result in a breach of your MSA and/or your access to the AI Services being restricted, suspended and/or terminated.
Dimi
If applicable, your use of Dimi must be consistent and in accordance with your licence for EA’s services, as outlined in your MSA and Order Form(s). Any use of Dimi which is inappropriate, offensive, constitutes general misuse and/or is intended to circumvent or obfuscate your licence is strictly prohibited. If you wish to review the terms of your MSA and/or Order Form, please contact your account manager (if applicable).
Your interactions and conversations with Dimi will be stored and analysed by EA on an anonymised basis for quality assurance and service improvement. By using Dimi, you consent to the storage and utilisation of your conversations and interactions for this purpose and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We strongly advise against inputting personal data, sensitive information or confidential business details into Dimi. EA shall not be liable for any consequences that may result from the disclosure of such information.
Changes to Terms of Use
EA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the AI Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
