Hongbing Chen serves as the Vice President of Rongsheng Petrochemical (Singapore) Pte Ltd . Since joining Rongsheng in 2016, he has taken on key responsibilities across procurement and trading functions and is now overseeing marketing and risk management.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Chen held senior positions at leading multinational oil trading organizations including Sinochem, PetroChina International, and Macquarie. With nearly 30 years of experience in the global petroleum industry, he has developed deep expertise in both physical and derivatives trading, along with strong insights into oil markets across China, Asia, and worldwide. He is widely recognized for his extensive industry network and well-established professional reputation.
