Daniel has nearly 20 years’ experience helping leading investor, corporate and sovereign entities navigate their exposures at the intersection of global politics, energy and financial markets. Daniel’s work focuses in particular on US domestic and foreign policy, China and the Middle East. Before his consulting career, Daniel was a Jerusalem-based correspondent with Reuters and directed the news agency’s financial coverage of fixed income and currency markets in New York. Daniel holds an MA in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a BA in Middle Eastern Studies from Duke University.
